OUR HERITAGE
Where Our Journey Began
HOTT Catering was founded in 2019 by Tho Ho and Toan Ho — built upon a legacy that began long before its name was established. From 2005 to 2019, they were the proud owners of Que Huong Seafood Restaurant in San Diego’s City Heights, alongside Que Huong Catering Company, founded in 2008 to serve weddings and celebrations within the Vietnamese community.
With over two decades of experience in the restaurant and catering industry, their journey has been defined by dedication, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to their roots. Throughout the years, Que Huong Seafood Restaurant and Que Huong Catering earned numerous recognitions from San Diego Magazine and Local Eats, and were honored as one of the city’s best restaurants for seven consecutive years beginning in 2011.
At the heart of HOTT Catering lies a passion for Vietnamese cuisine — one that has been passed down through generations. Today, that heritage is reimagined through a refined lens, where the bold, soulful flavors of traditional Vietnamese dishes meet the elegance and sophistication of European culinary presentation.
